We offer an enjoyable work environment with the opportunity for advancement,. The Sales Associate position, Or Shift Leader, Reports to and receives direction from the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Primary duties include: Ensuring proper and efficient store operations while adhering to Company policies and procedures, contributing to the increased profitability of the store and exhibiting a commitment to service and the community. This is accomplished with a focus on the customer, maintaining a clean store and providing competitive products to our local neighborhoods. Associates should be team oriented, focused on winning while managing cash and other industry compliance. Placements are available for full time and part time positions.
