As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting dishes that delight our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every plate is crafted with care and attention to detail. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and methods Experience with fresh seafood is a plus. Compensation is based on prior experience. Full & part time hours available.
