We are an OpenTable Diners' Choice restaurant with a long, successful history of food and wine. Experience is preferred in "scratch cooking" The candidate should have a proven, strong background in ala minute cooking to include pasta, saute, and grill You can follow and execute recipes and procedures, including plate presentation. The candidate should be able to coordinate and expedite with other stations for the proper timing of plates to guests. Shares culinary knowledge and experience with fellow team members. The successful candidate has the emotional discipline to work under high-volume periods You must understand FIFO, safe food handling procedures, and be responsible for cleaning/maintaining your station. The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday evenings, with two days off Availability for private events and catering.
