We're a team looking for a friendly and super-organized person to join us part-time as an Admin Assistant. If you love making things neat and supporting others, this is the job for you! What You'll Be Doing: - Organizing Files: Taming our paper and digital files to make sure everything is easy to find. - Printing & Prep: Handling all printing needs and getting materials ready for meetings. - Email Support - Correspondence: Writing and preparing various handwritten notes. - Office Basics: Making sure we never run out of supplies (paper, pens, coffee, etc.). - Team Projects: Lending a hand with various projects, like light data entry or research. A Few Things We're Looking For: - You are reliable and always on time. - You are a detail-oriented person—nothing gets past you! - You can work well on your own and manage your time effectively. - You know your way around standard computer programs (like Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office). - Able to work 2 hours a day 4-5 days a week - We are looking for someone local within Danville

Estimating experience required. Job duties include: writing insurance compliant estimates, taking and labeling photos, ordering parts, and keeping customers updated.
