We have a scratch kitchen and take real pride in our food. We don't just reheat premade food, in our kitchen we actually cook, so there are many opportunities to learn. This position requires a candidate with prior BOH experience (>2 years). We need a part-time line cook, but for the right candidate with a willing attitude, there could be opportunity to earn additional shifts. We make our food from scratch and that requires additional skills that aren't taught in most kitchens. The right candidate will develop useful skills in our unique kitchen that will serve them well in the future. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. Teamwork is part of this job. Every team member is expected to do any kitchen duty that may be required at any time. That includes washing dishes. Everyone who works in our kitchen does dishes. This position is Part-Time (~28-30 hours/week), yet it has the potential to develop into a full-time job for the right candidate.
