Kentro is hiring a Journeyman Full Stack Application Developer will provide software development and sustainment support to the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool. The developer will design, code, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications to ensure availability, reliability, and performance. The position requires demonstrated expertise in both front-end and back-end development using Angular, .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Windows Services. The developer will work as part of a cross-functional team in support of mission-critical financial systems, ensuring compliance with DoD standards, USSOCOM requirements, and cybersecurity policies. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain application features in support of the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool. Implement responsive front-end interfaces using Angular. Develop back-end services and APIs using .NET and C#. Design, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures. Develop and maintain Windows Services for workflow automation and system integration. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. Ensure applications adhere to DoD cybersecurity and secure coding standards. Support lifecycle management activities including requirements gathering, design documentation, deployment, and sustainment. Collaborate with government stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to meet mission needs. Location: On-site in Tampa, FL Requirements Required Qualifications: DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience. 3–7 years of experience as an application developer (Journeyman level). Demonstrated experience with: Angular (front-end development) .NET and C# (back-end development) SQL Server (database development and optimization) Windows Services (design and maintenance) Experience with Agile software development methodologies. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with USSOCOM or DoD financial systems. Estimator Assistant – High-End Finish Carpentry Compensation: $18–$22 Hourly DOE Employment Type: Part-Time with room to advance Company Overview: We are a distinguished and well established high-end finish carpentry company, recognized for delivering premium craftsmanship on luxury homes. Position Overview: The Estimator Assistant will focus on assisting in creating digital take-offs of finish carpentry items from architectural plans, inputting details into Excel spreadsheets, and compiling comprehensive proposals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Proposal Creation: - Assist with preparing bids, change orders, T&M agreements, work orders, and detailed sketches/specifications. - Perform Data Entry and other documentation related to the estimates. - Generate and Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals. - Create and present proposals to upper management for review and approval. Vendor Communication: - Receive and compare quotes from material vendors. - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors. - Professionally communicate via email and other means to ensure smooth transactions. Project Analysis: - Analyze project plans and specifications to fully understand project requirements. - Identify and research discrepancies within the plans and resolve them. We currently seeking a Safety Specialist within our Building Engineering division for various construction and civil projects throughout New York State. Our LaBella safety team provides safety management services and training to clients for all industries and markets. This position would report to our Latham, NY safety manager. This safety position is highly dynamic and requires long term travel assignments. The successful candidate will have the ability to work with our client's management team, safety staff and labor to assure on-site safety compliance. The position will be located on one of our client's project sites and have the ability to guide, lead and provide corrective actions, as needed. This will be a part time role. Duties Review and comply with safety programs and procedures Provide Toolbox Talks Develop weekly/monthly corrective actions report On-site training when needed Requirements 10+ years of construction, environmental, civil safety experience. The Building Engineering Division at LaBella provides complete building engineering services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering. Services range from feasibility studies and analysis through project design and construction. Our engineers are well versed in new construction, renovations, additions, analysis, special structures, and design/build projects for a variety of clients. The Mechanical Engineer will work with engineers as part of a project team to provide HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection designs, studies and technical support as required to fulfill project requirements. Typical projects will involve field work, design, and construction administration services. A successful candidate will be able to work well in a team to develop concepts, strategies, designs, drawings, specifications and reports for Building and Renovation projects.
