Key Responsibilities: • Greeting patients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor. • Managing patient check-in and check-out processes. • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately. • Scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar. • Handling basic administrative tasks to support the clinic. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or medical office setting is a plus, but not required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential. • Must be able to work independently on Saturdays. Job Details: • Schedule: Saturdays, 8:45 AM - 1:45 PM (5 hours/week) • Location: Our office is located in the Town 'N' Country area, right next to HCA Florida West Tampa Hospital (6001 Webb Rd, Tampa, FL 33615).
