National field service company in search of motivated Field Inspectors, Independent Contractors, or inspection companies to service Cook County As an Independent Mortgage Field Inspector, you’ll be conducting exterior occupancy checks (drive-by-no appointment needed), along with providing property condition photos, door card delivery and interior inspections on vacant, bank owned properties. Applicant Requirements: Must be local to, or within a reasonable distance from the county/area you’re interested in and have regular, daylight availability as Inspections must be completed during daylight hours.
