DUTIES WOULD INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: General Maintenance: Responsible for routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs to keep properties in good condition. Plumbing Repairs: They handle basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures. Electrical Work: May perform minor electrical repairs, such as replacing light fixtures outlets, and switches, ensuring that electrical systems are safe and functional. Carpentry: Often you may engage in carpentry work, which includes repairing or building furniture, installing shelves, and fixing doors and windows. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of appliances and equipment, ensuring everything operates efficiently and safely.
