Weâre looking for a Sous Chef with a strong background and enthusiasm to help lead the team at one of Maryland's most celebrated seafood restaurants.
Who Weâre Looking For:
Weâre looking for a skilled, motivated hospitality professional who brings:
â 1â2 years of experience in culinary leadership
â Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and train kitchen staff effectively
â Deep knowledge of food production, kitchen operations, and food management
â Excellent culinary skills with a focus on quality, taste, and presentation
â The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks
â Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
â A professional, friendly, punctual, and reliable approach
â A team-oriented, collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do attitude

Opened in July 2023, The Salt Line Bethesda has become a beloved neighborhood destination, known for its lively raw bar, creative cocktails, and New England-meets-Chesapeake approach to seafood.
