Cabbros Cleaning Services, LLC is seeking candidates for a janitorial position in the evenings and to work some hours during the day. The buildings to clean are in the Centralia/Chehalis area. You are required to have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Also, you need to be self-motivated, comfortable working alone, responsible, trustworthy, and detailed oriented. Have not committed any felonies, due to the fact that you will be entering and cleaning state/government buildings. Day jobs will vary from 3 hours to 5 hours. The evening hours will generally be from 5pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday. About 20-25 hours per week. This is a part time position with the possibility of more hours in the future. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the proper person who we feel has the most potential, interest and dedication to this job. The day jobs will consist of litter pick up, pressure washing, window cleaning, junk removal, carpet cleaning, landscaping, and branch cutting. The evening janitorial position will consist of, - collecting garbage - refilling soap, stocking toilet paper and paper towels - dusting and removing cobwebs - clean entrance windows - thoroughly clean bathrooms and kitchens - vacuum and sweep floors - mop floors - make sure the building is locked, and lights are turned off at the end of the night.
