Must possess great English skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively -- orally and in writing. Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and professional follow-through is mandatory. JOB DESCRIPTION: You will answer all incoming operator calls; screen and direct inquiries to appropriate person(s) and/or department(s); take messages as needed; filing; meet and greet clients/guests; provide refreshments to clients; scanning, logging packages, open/sort and distribute all mail and be aware of staff whereabouts and keep staff informed.
