Evaluate, problem solve, plan and organize daily production and preventative maintenance. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years’ of supervisory experience in aggregate processing plants. Experience in 391 welding, cutting and basic fabrications. A self-starter who can 1) work independently, diligently and responsibly with minimal supervision 2) work as a member of a team 3) manage their time wisely 4) multi-task 5) meet a deadline 6) be a leader and be accountable.
