Jewelry/ Accessory Design Studio seeks a creative and capable technical individual to work on a luxury collection (retailing worldwide). Applicant should have basic experience in hand sewing, beading, and/or jewelry techniques. This is a perfect opportunity and an incredible learning experience to work in a highly innovative and creative environment. Responsibilities include: - hand stitching (should be familiar with the basics of hand sewing) - beadwork - sample jewelry production (i.e. light soldering, oxidizing) - aid design team with day to day tasks - aid in both samples and production of collection - sourcing fabric and trims (around the garment district and online) Skills required: - Must be extremely organized - Must be able to think quick and problem solve - Must prioritize well and focus on completion of assigned tasks - Fast learner- able to clean castings - Photoshop and Illustrator experience is a priority - willingness to learn or operate on our main e-commerce platform (Shopify) and learn the ins and outs of end-to-end processes from concept to finished product You will be working with different members of the team from digital design to hands on sample making. The ability to work well with others is key. This internship is for a minimum of 3 months / 2-3 days per week. School credit or daily stipend is available.

Key Responsibilities: Daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas (lobby, hallways, stairwells, etc.) Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems  Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergency situations  Coordinate and oversee outside contractors for larger repair projects  Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and supply inventory Enforce building rules and policies to ensure resident safety and satisfaction Qualifications: Previous superintendent or building maintenance experience required  Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair  Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management platforms is required Strong  communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with tenants and vendors  Ability to respond to building emergencies as needed; 24/7 availability preferred  Valid driver’s license required  Certifications in plumbing or HVAC are a plus Location: Upper East Side, New York, NY
