Looking for welder cleaner to add to our growing manufacturing team, experience require •Following and enforcing strict safety regulations such as wearing gloves , protective glasses, steel toe shows is a must for your on safety. •Cleaning stainless and aluminum fabricated items. •Inspecting all work for defects, dimension, alignment, preparation, and reporting discrepancies •Ensuring quality of finished products •Operating and maintaining shop hand tools and equipment, including tape measures, chisels grinders, files, demurring machines, notching machines, and press brakes. •processing incoming materials ordered. Starting Rate $18.22 - higher rate with more experience. This Assembler Position uses basic hand tools to assemble various components in manufacturing. We will provide on-the-job training to the right candidate. ControlAir is an established company with 35 years in the business. The roles of Quality Control Technician include, but are not limited to: • Perform chemical and physical testing on raw materials, in-process and finished products to determine adherence to prescribed specifications. • Record test results and demonstrate good documentation practices (GDP) and adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and good laboratory practices (GLP). • Perform the batch record review per instructions for accuracy and adherence to GDP. • Create and report certificate of analysis. • Perform, record, trend daily/periodic QC checks/data to ensure accuracy and reproducibility of data being reported. • Evaluate the quality of data generated and adherence to procedures and practices. • Record, investigate, and report non-conforming results (OOS) to supervisor in a timely manner. • Report any deviations from procedures and normal practices to manager. • Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents/samples according to procedures. • Ensure all lab glassware is clean, and all equipment is calibrated prior to use. • Keep work area and equipment safe, clean and in good working order. • Attend any recommended training requested by the manager. • Perform other duties as agreed upon by both parties within the scope of the Quality Control Technician role. Hours: Monday -Friday Pay: $22.00-24.00
