Knox Attorney Service is looking for a full-time Dispatcher Assistant to start immediately. This position is Monday through Friday 8 - 5 p.m. You will be responsible for handling incoming rush orders from our legal clientele by phone, email, and web orders. You will monitor orders through to completion and provide status updates to our clients. Our services include service of process, court filings and research, investigations, records retrieval, copy services, digital imaging, and messenger deliveries. Must be professional with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide outstanding customer service to our clients. This is a busy desk requiring the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines. Must have computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Will train to use our proprietary computer program. Legal background or knowledge of courts is helpful. Confidentiality of client information is extremely important. We need someone who is dependable and committed to joining our team.
