Job sites are located in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Paradise Valley. Reliable transportation is required. Responsibilities • Perform heavy-duty construction cleaning of residential job sites, including removing dust, debris, and waste materials. • Haul away and properly dispose of debris from remodeling and construction work. • Clean and prepare job sites before, during, and after construction activities. • Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the work site by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing areas as needed. • Clean windows, fixtures, floors, and surfaces to construction-clean standards. • Assist with organizing and securing tools, equipment, and materials to ensure a clean and safe environment. • Support field personnel by keeping work areas clear of hazards and debris. • Follow and enforce all health and safety protocols on job sites. • Communicate regularly with the Cleaning Team, Project Managers, and office staff.
