Revolution Steel – Now Hiring Shop & Manufacturing Team Members (Phoenix) Compensation: $18–$23/hr (based on experience) Employment Type: Full-time, part-time, or temporary Job Title: Shop / Manufacturing Team Member About Us: Revolution Steel is redefining homebuilding through precision manufacturing. We specialize in pre-panelized light gauge steel framing for high-end custom homes throughout Arizona. Our process combines technology, craftsmanship, and efficiency — and we’re expanding our shop crew to keep up with demand. Position Overview: We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing and assembly team. This role focuses primarily on fabricating and assembling steel wall panels and trusses in our Phoenix facility, with opportunities to assist on-site installs as projects progress. Responsibilities: • Assemble light gauge steel wall panels and trusses using provided shop drawings • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently • Read and follow layout diagrams and measurements accurately • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Assist with material loading/unloading and project staging • Work closely with team leads to meet production goals and quality standards Qualifications: • Basic construction, framing, or manufacturing experience preferred • Ability to read a tape measure and interpret simple drawings • Comfortable using hand and power tools • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated • Team-oriented with a good attitude and willingness to learn • Physically fit for standing, lifting, and handling materials Field Experience Encouraged: We’re especially interested in applicants with field framing or construction experience. At this time, we’re primarily filling manufacturing positions in our Phoenix shop, but as new field opportunities open up, positions may be re-evaluated for field roles with adjusted compensation based on experience and performance.
