We are a family owned and operated grain-pulse cleaning facility looking for warehouse team members with great work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced team environment and/or independently. Position: Full-Time 40 hours/week, plus occasional overtime. Shift hours have potential to be flexible but are usually between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Compensation: $16.66/hr. rate with no experience. Compensation is based on job performance. Performance, raises and promotions are available. Benefits: After 90 day probation period the following benefits are available: Medical, Dental, Vision, may use accrued sick leave, Life Flight and 401K retirement plans. Daily Job Duties/Essential Functions include but are not limited to: Timely attendance and begin working at the start of scheduled shift. Communicate and coordinate with other employees prior to start of shift. Operate processing and/or packaging machinery, follow quality control measures for all product(s), sew product bags shut, organizing, accurate labeling of product(s), shipping & receiving, complete all documentation/paperwork before end of shift each day. Candidates should have: - Warehouse experience preferred or be trainable. - Experience in a fast paced production environment preferred or be trainable. - Forklift Certificate or be trainable. - Possess good organizational skills. - Be detail oriented. - Must work efficiently. - Self-Discipline: Able to follow directions, receive input and, be a self-starter. - Use good and clear communication skills between team members and management. - Be able to adapt to changing workloads. - Take on additional responsibilities as assigned. - Prior grain or legume processing experience may be required for "Processing Position". Loon Mountain is Now Hiring Full Time Seasonal Snowmakers Job Overview Create massive amounts of snow while utilizing New Hampshire’s most powerful snowmaking. Work with a team of driven individuals all focused on creating high-quality snow across three mountain peaks. As a Loon snowmaker, you will routinely work with industry-leading snowmaking equipment while maintaining waterlines, hydrants, and high-pressure pumps across the resort. You must be safety conscious, love the outdoors, and be able to hike and work in extreme weather conditions. Entry level position in Snowmaking department. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Set up and monitor snow guns. • Monitor performance as needed to insure proper air/water combination and quality snow. • Produce quality snow across all three mountain peaks. • Inspect guns, hoses, hydrants, and other equipment to insure safe and efficient operation. • Adjust the water and/or air flow to snow guns. • Change nozzles on snow guns when necessary to maintain efficiency. • Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment, including checking water pipes, fluid levels and volume, temperature controls, and energy consumption. • Document and report mechanical/safety issues, complete maintenance logs and checklists. • Perform light maintenance or repairs on equipment. • Work safely in close proximity to heavy equipment, high voltage, and high water pressures. • Perform other duties as assigned while waiting for optimum snowmaking weather. • Work closely with and assist other departments such as Grooming, Ski Patrol, Lift Operations, etc. • Test the quality of snow as it is made, reporting findings and conditions to the supervisor. • Drive snowmobiles, trucks, and ATVs as necessary. RESPONSIBILITIES TO SAFETY: • Protect the safety of self, co-workers, and Loon Mountain Resort guests at all times. • Report any potentially harmful equipment or situations to the immediate supervisor without delay. • Report safety-related accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor. • Follow all company and department safety policies and procedures. • Operate equipment in a safe manner that will not lead to injury of yourself or others. • Drive in accordance with the law and Loon Mountain Resort policies if required to drive.
