Planting shrubs, trees, annual flowers, installing mulch and decorative stone too. Definitely a plus if you have experience in brick pavers, retaining wall, outdoor kitchens, natural stone and boulders too...basically everything landscape related. To be a foreman, you need to be a great leader with experience in managing all aspects in the landscape industry.
