Laundry Attendant (Part-Time / Full-Time) Location: WaveMAX Laundry – Kent, WA (25642 Pacific Hwy S) Pay: $18.00 – $21.50/hour (Based on Experience, shift premiums for weekends/evenings) Reports To: Store Manager / Owner About Us WaveMAX is a modern laundromat franchise bringing clean, safe, and efficient laundry services to Kent. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a welcoming environment. Responsibilities • Greet and assist self-service customers with machines, payment systems, and general questions • Process Wash-Dry-Fold (WDF) orders with correct sorting, chemical handling, and folding standards • Keep the store clean: machines, folding tables, restrooms, customer areas • Handle sales of detergent and other laundry items • Maintain machine function (empty lint traps, report issues quickly) • Perform accurate register transactions and shift closeouts • Ensure safety and security protocols are followed Qualifications • Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused • Attention to cleanliness and detail • Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 30 lbs • English fluency (bilingual a plus, especially Spanish) • Positive attitude, proactive initiative Benefits • Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for raises after 90 days • Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time shifts available) • Shift premiums for evenings/weekends • Opportunity to grow into lead or supervisory roles

We have a growing mitigation and restoration company. Currently we are looking to add a lead to our reconstruction team. We are looking for a carpenter who can: Lead cabinet installs, floor installs (LVP and Laminate), trim/casing/door install, drywall, paint. The candidate doesn't need to be highly skilled in all but they will need to be able to lead at least one of these skills start to finish. We also do mitigation and would expect when our mitigation side is a bit busy, this candidate would be willing to assist the mitigation side. We are a small company but growing. We work North Seattle to Stanwood but this candidate if qualified enough can choose a more localized region to work if they prefer. Compensation: Above industry standard-- Hourly/salary can be discussed. Must have a valid drivers license. Full time. No cash work.
