Your new role - Project Manager – US Location - Dallas, Texas (Onsite/Hybrid) Potential OTE: $110 000 to 130 000 OTE (Base and bonus included) We are seeking a proactive, delivery-focused Project Manager to drive successful implementation and delivery of client-facing projects in line with scope, budget, and timeline. In this role, you will lead complex projects from initiation to close, ensuring all activities align with the agreed Statement of Work (SOW) and deliver measurable value to our enterprise customers. You will serve as the main client contact and ensure internal and external teams are aligned to project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include Own full lifecycle project delivery, from planning through execution to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices (Agile and Waterfall). Build project plans based on customer requirements and deliverables of the implementation team. Must understand key technical concepts of Conversational AI to independently build the plans while engaging with key project resources. Develop detailed project plans aligned with the SOW, with defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Lead multiple projects concurrently, with potential team leadership responsibility for other Project Managers and coordination with cross-functional teams. Track action items and enforce accountability across all stakeholders to maintain project momentum and resolve issues promptly. Identify and mitigate risks early, manage escalation effectively, and implement robust contingency plans. Lead post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned, and proactively recommending process improvements for future projects. Communicate clearly and regularly with internal and external stakeholders, including project sponsors and executive leadership. Requirements About you Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, delivering enterprise-level projects—preferably in Conversational AI or Contact Center environments. Proven track record managing multiple, simultaneous projects in a professional services or consulting setting, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding core concepts of Conversational AI to independently build and manage project plans. Experience serving as the primary client contact, with strong stakeholder management skills across departments and executive levels. Skilled in developing, executing, and maintaining detailed project plans aligned with Statements of Work (SOW), including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Proactive in identifying risks, managing escalations, and implementing contingency plans to ensure project stability. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and the ability to maintain momentum across diverse teams. Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
