Provides guidance on integration best practices, setting integration development guidelines and standard practices. Related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis with one year of full-time experience being equivalent to 30 college undergraduate credits. Required Experience: Hands-on Workday integration experience with good communication skills. 2 years of IT experience in technical analysis, design, and implementation. 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations in a post-production environment. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Detailed understanding of Workday concepts and general module functionality. Understanding of basic database architecture, tables, functional interactions.
