The selected applicant will provide technical expertise and guidance in solving complex engineering issues. The selected applicant will: Provide technical support in all aspects of hardware and software design analysis, development, integration, and implementation. Identify the appropriate technologies to solve engineering issues. Assist the procurement team with the procurement of software and the tracking of developer software licenses. Support data analyst with the data archiving and data processing of radar-related data. Support the development and maintenance of applications written in C++ and Python.  Work with 84 RADES Mission Critical Applications and advanced graphical displays. Assist technical writers with the development of software documentation. Assist in the analysis of change requests impacting the RADES applications and the development of effective solutions. Perform component and full regression testing of RADES applications and environments. Support project milestone development, management, and reporting of RADES application maintenance, repair, and test activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline AND six (6) years of experience; OR a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline AND four (4) years of experience is required; OR In lieu of a degree, ten (10) total years of experience may be considered. An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Extensive experience coding large application packages, up to 100,000 lines, to include debugging and troubleshooting. The Workday Reporting lead manages the design, configuration, deployment and maintenance of Workday and PRISM reports for the Maryland Connect Workday Consortium. This position serves to manage and improve reporting operations, drive technological advancements, provide leadership and strategic guidance, and foster collaboration to enhance reporting capabilities and support the organization's goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Service Operations and Customer Support: Ensures understanding of reporting requests by stakeholders. Leads projects related to new dashboards, reports, and analytics.
