As a member of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for managing the implementation process of Workable's Recruiting & HR solutions for new customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Technical Support, to ensure a smooth and successful implementation experience for our customers. This role requires strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a customer-centric mindset. You will manage the implementation of Workable’s Recruiting and HR solutions, acting as a project manager for onboarding and other professional services like integrations, reports, and migrations. Serving as the main point of contact, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide customers on best practices, track progress and satisfaction, and proactively address issues. Post-implementation, you will lead check-ins to ensure successful adoption and continued value. Requirements 3+ years of experience in customer implementation/onboarding, project management or consulting Knowledge of HR and recruiting processes and technology and/or SaaS products is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and navigate difficult conversations Analytical skills for requirements analysis and problem-solving Responsibilities Own a portfolio of customers and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support. Collaborate with the Sales team during pre-sales discussions to ensure a smooth handover and set clear expectations for new customers. Manage the end-to-end implementation of Workable's Recruiting and HR solutions, ensuring timely and successful deployment. Monitor project timelines and key milestones, proactively addressing risks, issues, or delays to ensure successful delivery. Act as a project manager for professional services engagements, including integrations, data migrations, and custom reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams—such as Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver a seamless implementation experience. Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor, helping them realise value from Workable’s solutions. Understand customer goals and challenges, and provide guidance and best practices to drive adoption and success. Track and report on implementation progress, customer satisfaction, and areas for improvement. Conduct post-implementation and post-renewal check-ins to ensure ongoing alignment with customer needs and maximise product usage.
