We are looking for a health technology developer, ideally with experience with modern healthcare standards. Your job will be to work with and be part of a global effort to model and build technology solutions for healthcare. Some of your work will be open source. Responsibilities Design and implement product features in Java and Spring apps Engage with and learn from HL7/FHIR health informatics community around standards-based approaches to modeling and solving healthcare use-cases Consult with our clients and provide strategic advice on how to use technology to solve their problems Be accountable for ensuring that all working hours are accurately reported Requirements Desire to work on health technology Have 3+ years experience developing software professionally Experience in Java and Spring Worked on production applications (bonus) Experience building health technology systems with FHIR and CQL Proficiency with HAPI and the Java FHIR client libraries Proficiency in other programming languages, such as TypeScript and Kotlin Worked on design, development, and devops of production Java applications in healthcare Benefits We operate in small, cross-functional, long-lived teams.
