ShareSmall towing company seeks Night Owl at home dispatcher to work the overnight shift 2 weeknight and 1 weekend night. *If your Not a Night Person, This is Not For You!* *You Must Have Patience To Deal With People That Are Lost And Need Help, Over The Phone.* *This is a Total Work at home Part time, Night job.* *Sometimes we are very busy 6-7 calls a night, other times its quiet.* *It is Extremely Important that Every Single Call is Answered!* Stay at home moms or persons with health problems are perfect for us. You will have to come by at our office in Worcester to talk about the job and get trained, then later to come in once a week to talk about jobs and get paid. You will need to work closely by phone with our office team. You Must have a smart phone that will text, talk and a computer or tablet on line. Your job will be to answer phone calls using your computer and book towing jobs, tire changes, lock outs. Hours we need you to work: 2 - week nights 4/5pm to 7:30/8am 1 - weekend overnight and a day You Must be a pleasant, aggressive, upbeat people person and have a Great phone Personality. Job entails answering calls, Identifying good calls, Pricing the job, Dispatching driver, Processing credit card payments, then following the job till completion. Your Payment is by 2 ways, calls answered and jobs booked. Sometimes we are very busy 6-7 calls a night, other times its quiet. You will be working at home so you will be free to do what ever, But you Must, Must answer every call! You must have a good knowledge of streets and highways in Worcester County.
