disabilities.\r\n\n\r\n\nPosition Overview: The Long Term Services and Supports Coordinator coordinates long-term services and supports (LTSS) for individual BCIL consumers (clients) enrolled in One Care, an innovative and nationally recognized health care program for people with disabilities.
