The Children’s Waiver Service Program: provides an array of individualized services that maintain the child in the community, by reducing the need for residential treatment and hospitalization of children with a serious emotional disturbance, developmental disability, medical fragility. WSP position is held on a per diem bases. Services are rendered on evenings and weekends Description: The Waiver Service Provider (WSP) will provide services to enrich and improve the life of the enrolled child. Waiver services can be offered to the child, the caregivers, and other involved family members. Services are held primarily in the child’s home and or community. Level 1 Services: • Community Habilitation Services: Covers Face- Face services and supports related to the child’s acquisition, maintenance, and enhancement of skills necessary to perform activities to Daily Living Skills • Respite Services offers the family some personal time off where the child goes into the community. The WSP will engage in activities which foster the child's various service goals • Caregiver Family Supports and Services offers the family/caregiver concrete services as well as education on resources available to them to enhance the child's interaction with other children, family members and people in the community Level 2 Services: • Prevocational Services are designed to prepare youth 14 and over to engage in paid work, volunteer work or career exploration • Supportive Employment Service support employment services aids participants as they perform in a work setting Level 3 Services • Community Self Advocacy Training and Supports provides family, caregiver and collateral contacts education, techniques and resources to better respond to the child’s behavior and diagnosis in and out of the community Qualification: Level 1 A minimum of a High School diploma with experience serving children with disabilities in a professional or personal capacity Level 2 All level one requirement in addition to an Associate's degree plus 1 years of experience working with young adults Level 3 Master's degree in Education Social Work, Psychology or Human Services field with 1 year of applicable experience or a Bachelor's degree with 2 of applicable experience Covid vaccine a must Excellent written, computer literacy (all major software) and verbal communication skills Please forward Resume to HR@real-nyc.org.

Position Purpose: The Director of Individual Giving and Advancement Operations will manage and broaden individual philanthropic support at the $1,500 level and above (Leadership Circle) and oversees $1.2M in annual contributions from individuals. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies, identifying major donor prospects, preparing solicitation and acknowledgement correspondence, and developing relationships with colleagues to stay informed of emerging organizational needs. Identify planned giving prospects and create a communications and recognition plan. • Actively support the work of the Board, President, and Vice President of Advancement in this area and assist them on special campaigns and projects as directed, including a future endowment campaign. • Collaborate on, and participate in, the preparation and presentation of appropriate reports and analytics to cultivate and grow donor relationships. • Actively participate on committees and project teams that support the Ordway’s mission to result in enhancement of partnerships, increased revenues, reduction of risk, optimum customer service, and positive employee engagement in support of the Ordway’s mission. • Lead, inspire, evaluate, coach, and develop employees to result in the motivation and recognition of high performance. Other Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED and bachelor’s degree in Arts Administration, Fundraising, Public Relations or related field required. • Five to seven years of fundraising experience required. • Reliable transportation required. • Familiarity and experience with donor tracking system preferred. • Experience with planned giving vehicles and techniques preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher and Word). • High degree of sensitivity for confidentiality. • Ability to identify, evaluate, investigate and offer alternative solutions to problems. • Ability to represent the Ordway in a professional manner. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and varying workload. • Expert ability to inspire, convince, persuade, probe, negotiate, position and communicate information in a presentation/public setting. • Ability to demonstrate behaviors that enhance the level of donor satisfaction and meet the donor expectation. Summary of Position The Electrician is responsible for electrical work at St. Joseph Indian School and other properties owned by the same. This is a non-exempt position. Accountability Reports to the Lead Electrician. Responsibilities 1. Repairs, maintains, and installs electrical wiring, equipment, and systems including but limited to switches, outlets, wiring, motors and alarms. 2. Uses diagnostic, test equipment to troubleshoot and identify electrical malfunctions. 3. Replaces, services, bypasses, electrical systems and electrical components. 4. Tests equipment for safety and function using standard test equipment. 5. Installs new equipment, wiring, and circuits following all code and safety requirements. 6. Familiarity with or ability to learn Johnson Controls systems and Metasys. 7. Assists in the maintenance of geo-thermal plant and air conditioning systems. 8. Complies with all safety and health requirements established by local, state and federal laws. 9. Repairs, installs, and trouble shoots all low voltage and communication systems as required. 10. Performs other responsibilities as required by the Lead Electrician. Position Summary: Knik Tribe is looking for a motivated team member who has a passion for creating opportunities for our Tribal Members and eligible participants who reside in our service area. This position will require knowledge, case management, and support for youth victims of substance abuse and/or youth delinquency. Case support will be required to understand and administer grant funds as well as related education programs. This position will provide referral services, career exploration, outreach, advocacy, cultural support, and workshop facilitation. Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to): The successful candidate will: • Provide one-on-one coaching and life skills. • Assist in the facilitation of group activities or workshops. • Work as part of a team: the team includes co-workers, partner agencies and the participant. • Manage an active participant caseload. • Establish goals with youth by administering appropriate assessment tools, interpreting results and developing plans to identify education and career pathways, and/or employment placements. • Maintain regular contact with tribal partners. • Collect and manage required data for quarterly and annual reports. • Provide follow-up contact with program participants in accordance with our federal requirements. • Conducts outreach activities to recruit participation in KT programs/services. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Adoption and Guardianship Home Studies for Resource Families Grant Work within the state grant requirements for home studies; maintain communication with Regional Permanency Specialists (RPS), OCS workers, and home study writers. Receive, assess, and evaluate referrals from RPS for completeness. Conduct pre-studies to verify referral information accuracy. Assign referrals to home study writers in a timely manner, adhering to grant timelines, and maintain the electronic database. Oversee contractor compliance with referral assignments to ensure timely completion; communicate regularly to address barriers and request extensions from RPS as needed. Evaluate contractor work for completeness and accuracy. Exercise decision-making authority in the review and approval of home studies. Conduct contractor evaluations every six months. Participate in and facilitate meetings, teleconferences, and workshops related to adoption issues. Pregnancy Support Provide birth options counseling to families facing unexpected pregnancies. Support clients in developing adoption or parenting plans. Assess client needs and make referrals for medical, financial, vocational, educational, and housing resources. Assist clients in identifying parenting support resources. Support birth parents in selecting adoptive families. Travel statewide as needed to provide services to pregnant women and facilitate adoption placements. Stay current on federal and state adoption regulations and laws, particularly regarding Native and non-Native relinquishments. Collect necessary documentation (e.g., Certificates of Indian Blood, Social Security numbers, Denali KidCare). Be available on evenings and weekends as needed to support birth families, using the agency cell phone. General Responsibilities Advocate for the agency’s open adoption philosophy.
