Quirk is looking for an assistant for our Financial Coordinators. This is an entry-level position, and no prior Automotive Sales experience is required. We will train the right candidate! Come join our team with a focus on relationships with our customers, our fellow staff, as well as the surrounding communities. Job Duties: Assist the Finance Coordinators with processes involving vehicle lease and purchase transactions Complete all legal documents for each transaction, as required by state and federal regulations Complete all compliance requirements for each transaction, as required by state and federal regulations Ensure accuracy and authenticity of every transaction, Perform any other related tasks, as assigned by the manager(s) Follow up with finance lenders to confirm funding of any pending transactions Job Requirements: Must be well acquainted with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Must have a flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights, and weekends Ability to multitask.
