Must be able to work alone and in tandem with others Monday-Friday (we work four ten-hour days with OT on Fridays). Must be able to read prints/drawings and have a mastery of basic math as it applies to measurements to the thousandths of an inch (.001). Must be able to lift and do repetitive movements full time, 40+ hours a week. Must take pride in their work and understand the difference between aerospace tolerance and duct work (no dis-respect to the HVAC industry).
