What We Offer: -Competitive Wages -Medical, Dental, and Vision -401K -Paid time off -Life Insurance -Work Vehicle DOE Key Responsibilities: -Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and apprentices on job sites. -Plan, layout, and install electrical systems and components, including wiring, conduit, fixtures, and equipment. -Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards. -Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine project specifications and requirements. -Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair. -Maintain accurate records of materials used, work performed, and project progress. -Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance. -Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution. -Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly and efficiently. -Ensure the proper maintenance and use of tools and equipment.
