We are seeking an experienced finisher to join our team and help deliver showroom quality finishes that our clients expect. Key Responsibilities: Prepare wood surfaces through sanding, sealing, and filling for smooth finishing. Apply stains, sealers, primers, and topcoats using advanced spray equipment in a controlled finishing environment. Operate and maintain spray equipment (conventional, air-assisted airless, airless). Inspect finished pieces for consistency and quality control. Follow safety procedures for handling finishes and spray equipment. Collaborate to meet deadlines and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized finishing area. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in wood finishing, preferably in high-end architectural or custom millwork. Strong knowledge of finishing materials such as lacquer, polyurethane, conversion varnish, waterborne coatings, and catalyzed finishes. Commitment to precision, detail, and flawless results. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle large wood components safely.

MW4H is looking for a certified structural stick welder ASAP in Mediapolis, IA for 2-weeks+. MUST have welding certs. Work will include, but not be limited to, adding on a new gym and classrooms which are constructed out of precast and steel, etc. Must have all welding gear and PPE, including harness and lanyard. We don't always have nights or weekends work but when we do have it you must be able to work it. Bilingual is a plus. We work throughout Dade and Broward County. The position is for full time. We NEVER not work 40 hours a week. Salary starting at $26.00 per hour. If you have more skillset, we are open to raising the salary depending on skills, speed and workmanship.
