Wage: $12.50 after 30 day probation with raises available Education: some high school or less 40 hours/week Full time/temporary The Hope at Work Program is more than a job. Participants in the Hope at Work program are employed full-time in the thrift store and participate in each aspect of the program including: case management, on-site recovery hour, support coach/mentor meetings, and workforce training. The Hope at Work program regularly works with individuals experiencing struggles such as: Getting back into the workforce after a long break No work experience Gaining stability in life Suffering from depression and anxiety Live in transitional housing Criminal background or are on probation Suffering from addiction issues – 90 days of sobriety is required before entering the program

We are a family owned and operated grain-pulse cleaning facility looking for warehouse team members with great work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced team environment and/or independently. Position: Full-Time 40 hours/week, plus occasional overtime. Shift hours have potential to be flexible but are usually between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Compensation: $16.66/hr. rate with no experience. Compensation is based on job performance. Performance, raises and promotions are available. Daily Job Duties/Essential Functions include but are not limited to: Timely attendance and begin working at the start of scheduled shift. Communicate and coordinate with other employees prior to start of shift. Operate processing and/or packaging machinery, follow quality control measures for all product(s), sew product bags shut, organizing, accurate labeling of product(s), shipping & receiving, complete all documentation/paperwork before end of shift each day. Candidates should have: - Warehouse experience preferred or be trainable. - Experience in a fast paced production environment preferred or be trainable. - Forklift Certificate or be trainable. - Possess good organizational skills. - Be detail oriented. - Must work efficiently. - Self-Discipline: Able to follow directions, receive input and, be a self-starter. - Use good and clear communication skills between team members and management. - Be able to adapt to changing workloads. - Take on additional responsibilities as assigned. - Prior grain or legume processing experience may be required for "Processing Position". We are seeking self-motivated, energetic, and reliable individuals with strong mechanical skills to assemble items such as: bikes, grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, and other like items in our big box retail client stores.
