This role supports skilled tradespeople and project teams by performing a variety of physical tasks on residential and commercial construction sites. Qualifications - Some prior construction or labor-intensive work experience preferred. - Basic understanding of construction methods or handyman work a plus. - Ability to read tape measures, follow instructions, and communicate effectively, including understanding and following verbal and written safety and work instructions in English. - Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious with strong teamwork skills. - Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods. - Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. - Must pass pre-employment drug test (including THC) and background check.
