We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Loggerhead's Beach Grill! As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting dishes that delight our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every plate is crafted with care and attention to detail. We believe that teamwork makes the dream work, so you will collaborate closely our kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen while upholding the highest standards of food safety. If you thrive in a high-volume atmosphere, then we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and methods Experience with fresh seafood is a plus. Compensation is based on prior experience. Full & part time hours available.
