PT Logistics Coordinator with Guaranteed Paid Hours at $20/hr (Clackamas, OR)

We are a large family owned meat production and distributor facility in Clackamas, OR. We are currently looking for an experience Meat Cutter to work on our Steak Line. Responsibilities include: Remove fat and trim from steak primal cuts. Fill out paperwork which includes temperatures, times, and weights. Use a barcode scanner to input carton data. Occasionally operate packing machine, open boxes and vacuum sealed bags. Occasionally left up to 60# boxes. Maintain equipment and PPE. English and Spanish preferred. Monday - Thursday with occasional Friday work. 7:00am to 6:00pm. 4 x 10hr. shifts. $17-$19/hr. to start. Actual scale is higher. Responsible for the general sanitation of all kitchen equipment, dishes and floors.
