Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume or craft cocktail bar preferred. • Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and mixology techniques. • Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to adapt in a dynamic team environment. • Excellent communication and multitasking skills. • Must be 21+ and possess valid state alcohol service certification (or be willing to obtain it). Schedule & Expectations • Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Schedule may vary depending on business needs. • Team members are expected to assist with setup, breakdown, and coverage when needed to maintain consistent operations
