Responsibilities • Coach, train, and lead a crew of 5- 10 team members in facility maintenance tasks. • Develop and implement daily and weekly game plans to achieve team goals. • Ensure job quality and customer satisfaction through regular interaction with clients. • Maintain clean and safe job sites by following safety and maintenance procedures. • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to job tasks. Qualifications • Minimum of 1-4 years in a leadership position • Experience in leading teams of 5-10 people per team • Ability to maintain a steady work schedule and work in various weather conditions. • Capability to operate or learn to operate standard machinery and equipment • Physical ability to lift 50-60 pounds or more. • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive and back up a truck with trailer if needed • High attention to detail and pride in work quality. • Openness to future promotion opportunities. Compensation $25-$30 per hour to start. Compensation is based on skill and experience.
