Position Overview We’re looking for a dependable Office Administrator / Reception & Compliance Coordinator to join our growing Ramona office. This is a long-term position for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a tight-knit team, and wants to help keep our office organized and efficient. You’ll handle front desk duties, maintain compliance records, and support project and administrative operations. You don’t need prior office experience — just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries professionally. Maintain organized filing systems for compliance, project, and personnel records. Assist with data entry, scanning, and document preparation. Support basic administrative and project compliance functions. Track certifications, licenses, and project documentation as directed. Communicate with team members and vendors to ensure documentation accuracy. Uphold company standards and values through dependable, quality work.
