Looking for an attorney to work part-time about 20 hours per week on enforcement of our contracts with business clients. Study those customers, review contracts, review history, evaluate risk, determine strategy, correspond with customers, handle responses. and sometimes file suit and litigate. Work hybrid, or in office. Flexible schedule. You must be licensed in Washington State, be located in or near Seattle, and within driving distance to our office. Easy parking close by, and close to transit and light-rail. At your option, may include working with company principals on other matters. This is a permanent position. You would do court preparation, motions, representation, and appearances personally, unless they required special expertise. In that case you would manage outside counsel. To start, compensation would be $50 to $60 per hour as contract relationship. Plus monthly bonus based on outcomes.
