Close to everything one bed and one bath the house is set up where you have the front of the house and I have the back of the house so its private and quiet shared kitchen washer and dryer new stainless steel appliances no smoking but there is a covered back patio and a spot outside in the front of the house for smoking no drugs or alcohol it is 600 a month plus half the utility bill and have the internet bill furnished with TV and you'll have the front living room with tv and dining room I'm easy going and prefer the same all are welcomed.
