Private furnished room in a 3 bedroom house with 1 1/2 shared bathrooms in Seabrook with 1 off-street parking space. This includes heat, hot water, electric and room has a portable air conditioner. I will require proof of employment and previous rental references. No substance abuse problems excessive drinking etc. No pets or overnight guests for the safety of everyone. Must be willing to pitch in with shoveling. Must keep room clean and clean up after yourself in common areas- cleaning supplies/vacuum are available. If you cook clean the stove and your dishes etc. I'm very easy to get along with however cleaning up after adults is unacceptable and that will be an issue. Generally we take turns cleaning common areas the bathroom and floors now. Must be a considerate person easy to get along with and laid back in attitude. Myself and other tenant work full time and keep to ourselves for the most part but get along well. Just looking for one person who is the right fit It’s a quiet clean peaceful house with a large outdoor patio. I do smoke cigarettes but only in my bedroom and have air cleaners inside and outside my room.
