The successful candidate will help construct some of the most fascinating musical instruments sold all over the country. Required qualifications: • Ability to work efficiently as a member of a crew • Knowledge of woodworking principles • Experience using basic shop machinery • Available for occasional travel Experience in lacquer-based finishing and staining preferred. We are looking for an experienced gardener to fill a part time position . Pay is $25-$33(commensurate on experience and skill level) starting hourly wage . We are looking for a gardener with the ability to work at a productive pace while maintaining careful attention to detail and with good time management skills. Please, have at least one year experience working for a professional maintenance landscape company who specializes in sustainable garden practices , the ability to communicate well with co-workers as well as with our clients , a love for working outdoors and a desire to work with plants. The garden tasks require you to be in very good physical condition. Experience repairing drip irrigation systems, pruning small trees and shrubs preferred. Summary: Oversees all aspects of flatwork concrete projects (driveways, patios, sidewalks, basement floors, and garage slabs) within residential home construction. Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinates with builders, subcontractors, and very rarely, homeowners to deliver durable, high-quality flatwork that integrates seamlessly with overall home building schedules. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and manage flatwork crews for residential construction projects. Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and structural drawings. Estimate materials, labor, and equipment needs. Coordinate site preparation, form setting, pouring, finishing, curing, and jointing. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards. Maintain communication with general contractors, homeowners, and inspectors. Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards on all job sites. Resolve on-site issues and adapt schedules to weather, material, or design changes. Track project progress, report updates, and close out completed work. Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of concrete flatwork techniques, finishing, and curing processes. Project management and scheduling experience in residential construction. Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously. Knowledge of construction safety standards and site compliance. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
