What You’ll Do: Prepare accurate estimates for asphalt, tile, cedar, metal, synthetic, and coating systems Conduct on-site inspections to verify measurements and assess conditions Collaborate with estimators, inspectors, and project managers on pricing and scheduling Support insurance estimates (Xactimate experience is a plus) Interpret scopes of work, construction drawings, and material takeoffs Maintain organized estimate records in CRM Communicate clearly with clients about scope, pricing, and next steps Ensure compliance with building codes, install standards, and safety protocols Represent ProBuilt Hawaii with professionalism at all job site visits What You Need: Available for inter-island travel Minimum 3 years in residential roofing (estimating, inspection, or operations) Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials Experience with estimating tools (Xactimate & Acculynx) Able to read construction drawings and technical documents Excellent communication and organizational skills Physically fit to climb ladders and inspect roofs Comfortable with Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms Valid driver’s license and clean record What We Offer: Starting salary of $80,000+ (based on experience) Health insurance Paid holidays and vacation time Access to company vehicle for fieldwork How to Apply: We do not accept job board applications.
