Run clean, secure wiring harnesses for appliances, USB ports, and monitoring systems, ensuring code-compliant setups (e.g., ABYC/NEC basics). Test and troubleshoot circuits using multimeters and load simulators to guarantee safety and performance. Collaborate with carpenters and fabricators to integrate electrical systems into cabinetry, walls, and roofs with precision and minimal visual impact. Maintain inventory of electrical components and organize a clean, safe shop space. Document installations with photos and notes for client handoffs and warranties. Qualifications: Mid- to high-level experience in automotive, RV, or van electrical systems (2–5+ years preferred) with strong references. Proficiency with electrical tools (multimeters, crimpers, wire strippers, heat guns). Knowledge of 12V DC systems, AC inverters, and solar integrations; familiarity with brands like Victron, Renogy, or Battle Born a plus. Mechanically inclined with a focus on safe, high-quality craftsmanship. Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented with a team-player mindset. Upbeat attitude and passion for van life or off-grid systems. Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs. Certifications (e.g., NABCEP solar, automotive electrical) preferred but not required. Schedule & Compensation: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM at our Ventura location (flexible part-time options available). Pay: $25–$35/hour, based on experience, plus project bonuses. SUMMARY The Shipping & Receiving Clerk ensures an efficient flow of material throughout the warehouse. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk processes materials and maintains control of inventory through the various warehouse systems. The Shipping & Receiving clerk processes documentation following company workflow process and protocols and follows company policy and procedures. JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE · Coordinates the stocking and arrangement of inventory in the warehouse and in conformance to policies and procedures. · Provides training, scheduling, and guidance to warehouse personnel. · Inspects received goods, notes any damages and discrepancies, and immediately reports information to the appropriate department in conformance to policies and procedures. · Completes all paperwork relating to the received goods and processing the delivery receipts in a timely manner. · Assists in inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities and monthly inventory counts. · Coordinates the movement of goods between the storage facility and the Production facility. · Completes job assignments in compliance with Federal, State laws, and company policies and procedures. · Ensures the compliance of safety guidelines in the warehouse. · Complies with OSHA rules and practices. Wears the proper safety equipment. · Performs inventory transactions for receipts and shipments of farm out orders. · Performs scanning and reporting of documents and reports for farm out orders and in-house receipts. · Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies. This includes packages shipping UPS and Fed Ex. · Collaborates with production, customer service representatives and others involve with shipment products. · Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.
