Select Patrol has openings for vehicle patrol. Qualified applicants must possess a valid California driver's license with a driving record of no more than one point. Applicants must also possess a valid California guard license. Tasks require sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs and grasping gates and doors. Duties include securing amenities, private parking enforcement, documentation of activities and findings and interaction with the public. Our vehicle patrol works with the 40/10 work schedule. 40 hours in four days. We offer medical coverage for full time employees and we are flexible with time off requests. This is a full-time, long-term position for someone with a deep background in concrete, framing, foundation work, and structural repair. In this role, you will lead and supervise a crew on structural and foundation repair projects while planning daily tasks, assigning responsibilities, and managing overall jobsite workflow. You will interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and scope documents, as well as coordinate material, labor, and equipment needs to keep projects running smoothly. A key part of the role includes ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and OSHA compliance is maintained. You will also be responsible for tracking progress, maintaining daily field reports, and communicating effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients.
