Learning to work a dough sheeter machine, commercial mixers, commercial ovens, sealing machines, hand cutting, and baking all biscochitos. Employees will also learn how to use our register systems and shipping systems. Complete any packaging including any labels and expiration date labels. All packaging will require using a sealing machine. Stocking all of our inventory properly. Always willing to follow instructions and able to receive constructive criticism. Able to work respectfully with others and listen to other employees before jumping to a conclusion. Provide excellent customer service, address the needs of our customers in a timely and effective manner. Follow and comply with all requirements made by the New Mexico Environmental Health Department as well our safety standards and cleanliness measures. Effectively follow all of our cleaning procedures to insure a sanitary work environment. Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift anywhere between 30 to 50 pounds. Able to work at least an 8 hour day standing/walking. Hand use: fine manipulation, single grasping, This work will require the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. Ability to work flexible schedules. May require use of ladders.
