We are a local upscale restaurant offering delicious food and exceptional service with a loyal clientele. We are primarily looking for bussers/runners but are accepting applications for servers and hosts/hostesses. We are interested in people with open availability, however we can be flexible with hours. Line cooks must have at least two years of culinary training or restaurant experience. Please call the restaurant at (847) 205-4433 to speak to a manager or come to the restaurant located at 601 Skokie Blvd. in Northbrook to fill out an application. Below is the job summary for a manager position. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations • Supervise front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff to ensure efficient service • Support training and onboarding of new team members • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Monitor food quality and customer service standards • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs • Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs • Help implement promotions and marketing efforts • Ensure cleanliness and organization of all areas • Support the Restaurant Manager in administrative tasks, reporting, and performance reviews Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
