Oversee all project files, manage timelines, and organize files on the company drive. Be responsible for managing all subcontractors, ensuring they have active licenses, insurance, and additional insured status. Receive all bids from PMs and ensure detailed subcontractor agreements are current. Update all file expenses for projects, and updates the accounting department. Handle permit submittal process from start to finish. Schedule all cities inspections Receive and schedule shipments to job sites Advertise and find new licensed subcontractors, including conducting interviews. ability to write contracts and send them to our clients. Qualifications: -Proven experience in production or project management with strong file management skills. -Strong organizational and communication skills. -Ability to manage subcontractor relationships and ensure compliance. -Familiarity with permitting processes, construction documentation, and financial tracking in a project environment. -Experience in drafting contracts and scopes of work.
